National Structure

Within the UK there are 3 services based in Lancashire, Merseyside and the Scottish Borders. Our services in Scotland are now set up as a separate legal entity to the services in England and report directly to the Trustees through a Board of Directors.

The services in England are registered as a charity and through their respective Service Directorates report to the Trustees. The Chief Executive coordinates the work of both services and is also accountable to the Trustees.

The Chair of the Trustees is currently Brother Alfred Hassett, the Chief Executive Nigel Deane, with Director of Services for Lancashire and Merseyside being Nicola Howell and Darron Grundy respectively.
