In 2010 we sent out the customer survey, "Let us Know" to each person  using our Services.  We wanted to measure the extent to which we meet the needs of individuals accessing Brothers of Charity Services, Lancashire.

In 2011 we repeated the process: please use the link which follows to see both the 2010 and 2011 results, including the actions we will take from the responses we received..
