Creative Arts
The Creative Arts team encourages artists to explore and develop their potential in a friendly and supportive environment. We believe that an individual’s interests and vision should be at the heart of their creative experience. Artists often find that joining a group gives them an opportunity to meet people, make new friends or take up a hobby. A wide choice of arts and crafts includes drawing, painting, ceramics and sculpture, weaving, printing, feltmaking or other textiles, digital photography and paper arts. Some artists have developed their own distinctive style and enjoy promoting and selling their work through local exhibitions and sales.
Many artists, however, prefer to explore more therapeutic experiences, where the emphasis is a less conventional means of expression. Here artists can enjoy music, dance, relaxation, aromatherapy, massage or authentic movement.
A choice of individual or group sessions gives each person the chance to discover their own creative space.
