Below are the current supported vacancies within our Supported Living and Registered Nursing Care services. We have a clear policy around new people moving into our shared support services that ensures that all compatibility issues are addressed, and support is provided with all legal, financial, tenancy and individual issues that may arise.

Chorley Area:
Vacancy One is a detached bungalow where 3 young ladies live in a 24 hour supported tenancy in central Chorley. They are looking for another young lady to share their home with them.
The current tenants all enjoy going out shopping and socialising and would like somebody in their 20's or 30's to share their home with them.
Vacancy Two is a large detached house in the Adlington area where the tenants are looking for one other person to share their home - male or female in their 20's to 30's. An upstairs bedroom is available. Sleep in support is also provided. Someone who has an interest in gardening and socialising would be ideal in this active house.
Vacancy Three is a large five bedroomed house near to Chorley Town Centre. The current tenants are a group of 3 young men in their 30's and 40's who receive 24 hour sleep in support. At present there is a vacancy with an upstairs bedroom. The tenants have their own car which they all use to pursue their interests and get out and about in the community. Ideally they are looking for someone with a good sense of humour, easy-going and fun to be with.
Whittle Area:
Vacancy Four is a 5 bedroomed detached dormer bungalow in the centre of Whittle. The current tenants are 3 gentlemen in their 30's and 40's. The bungalow has sleep in support staff and a large garden and patio area. Two of the tenants regularly use makaton and signalong to assist them. There is an upstairs bedroom available with en-suite facilities.
Preston Area:
Vacancy Five is a 5 bedroomed semi detached house in Penwortham, being 10 minutes walk from the centre of Penwortham. There are two vacancies at this house which is currently shared by two gentlemen in their early 40's. The staff team are available 24 hours a day to offer assistance if needed, but also help the tenants to be as independent as possible.
Vacancy Six is a large six bedroomed house in Penwortham. Here the tenants are looking for either a male or female person to join them. The vacancy is in an upstairs bedroom with full 24 hour support provided. The preferred age range would be 60 plus.
Vacancy Seven is a large detached house in the Walton le Dale area of Preston. The vacancy is in a downstairs bedroom and the three male tenants are looking for another gentleman to join them. Ideally somebody who is active in their late 20's to 30's. 24 sleep in support is provided to the people who live here.
