Roccoco coffee lounge and bakery is our brand new food based enterprise in Leyland and is run in partnership with Lancashire County Council's Help Direct which provides a support and information service for all adults aged 18 and over across Lancashire. It offers individuals a wide variety of experiences and opportunities to develop their confidence and skills within food based production activities and a customer facing environment. At Roccoco daily activities include producing a range of cakes and confectionary for sale in the coffee lounge, in a very modern and contemporay enviroment.
The level of customer service, public interaction and development of food based skills has a natural link to our other food based enterprise The Marina Café for those aspiring to employment within the food industry.
Roccoco boasts Leyland's only "Changing Places" style toilet facility equipped to be accessible to everyone irrespective of their disability or support needs. The coffee lounge also provides free internet access for its customers.
Roccoco is now open 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 3.30pm
