Volunteering and Work Experience

Volunteering and Work Experience

We recognised that for some people having a valued role within society as a volunteer is just as important to them as having a paid job. Other people use volunteering and work experience placements to further develop their employment potential, often building on their experience and skills developed in the Social Enterprises. We can provide the support people need to achieve this through small group placements supported by the Social Enterprises; on an individual basis through Supported Employment or Floating Support, utilising the individual support identified in people’s support plans through Supported Living Services.
